KEY DECISION
Make the action explain itself without exposing municipal workflow complexity.

PRODUCT / WEB

PRODUCT / CIVIC
01 / CONTEXT
Cidade Nova Conectada is a real UX/UI and website development case — not a WRLD experiment. The public experience introduces a civic-tech product that helps residents identify urban problems, report them and follow the city’s response.

02 / CHALLENGE
Translate several resident goals — understanding the service, downloading the app, reporting an issue and tracking progress — into a website that feels direct before the user ever reaches the product.

03 / APPROACH
I structured the public website around a simple three-step journey — identify, report, follow — then connected the positioning, issue categories, app entry points, FAQ, contact and trust language into one responsive Framer experience.
BEHIND THE WORK / THREE DECISIONS
KEY DECISION
Make the action explain itself without exposing municipal workflow complexity.
WHAT CAME TOGETHER
Product positioning, urban issue categories, app entry points, report/status/feedback flows and the public website.
NEXT EVOLUTION
Validate site-to-app handoffs, accessibility and status vocabulary with residents and public teams.
04 / ROLE
05 / STACK
06 / OUTCOME
The website is live at cidadenovaconectada.com.br and credits BKAMP for its web design. The case now documents that public-facing layer as product work, with UX/UI and website development presented together.
